Unfortunately I have heard of an idea by others that due to the levy 'just sitting there' that they think it should also be used to reimburse volunteers. I am not in favour of this, as I feel it changes the status of volunteering and takes precious funds away from purchasing land which is/will continue to rise in purchase price.
