		<description>Sue,

I have just been reading the minutes of Ordinary Meeting No. 10
Specifically item ORD. 6.1
Developement crn Alice &amp; Tooley streets.

It appear this development first raised it&#039;s head three year ago !
Now three years later the developers want the FCRC to go along
with a claimed promise made by the then Maryborough council !!
Question, was the promise made in writting?
The reason I ask this is the fact that Woocoo, Tiaro could also
have made &quot;promises&quot;.

Times change and three years is a long time, I don&#039;t believe
council should do other than assess this developments on
todays criteria.

		<description>G&#039;day Sue,

The rate increase is in the current climate acceptable,
provided services aren&#039;t reduced. However, it would be
nice to know by what percentage developer&#039;s charges
increased?

It would also be nice to know why those on a fixed
income or pension, cop around six percent straight up,
when in the case of pensioners, they won&#039;t get their pension increase until September. But developers
who can and will pass the increase on, get the increase in charges phased in?
